Job Summary
This part-time role (20 hours/week) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) School of Social Sciences & Technology involves managing the IT infrastructure for the School Office. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support across Windows and macOS environments, maintaining server systems, and coordinating network operations. The position requires a service-oriented professional to advise faculty on hardware and software selection, manage procurement, and oversee IT equipment in seminar rooms and computer labs. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a relevant university degree (Bachelor or Diploma from a University of Applied Sciences).
Experience

- Experience in hardware maintenance for both PC and Mac environments
- Practical experience in Windows and Web server administration
- Experience in network operation coordination
- Experience in IT procurement and installation of hardware and software systems
