Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking a part-time Measurement Technology Scientist for its Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Neutron Source (FRM II). In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning radiation measurement technology, performing complex calculations according to DIN ISO 11929, developing and conducting experimental series with various measuring devices, and executing, evaluating, interpreting, and documenting measurements, particularly in controlled areas. You will also provide technical support for decommissioning sub-projects and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Physics, possesses experience with radiation measurement technology, and is comfortable working in controlled areas.
