Job Summary

This role involves working at the intersection of information technology, measurement technology, and data analysis within the Prevention Center at the TUM School of Medicine and Health. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical planning, configuration, and maintenance of IT-based measurement and control systems used in experimental research studies. Your daily tasks will include developing customized solutions for data collection, integrating heterogeneous measurement systems (such as biomechanical and physiological sensors) into existing network infrastructures, and ensuring high data quality through synchronization and processing. This position is ideal for those who enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, as you will support research teams in experimental design and feasibility studies. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or degree as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in a related technical field.

Experience

  • Experience in data preparation, synchronization, and quality assurance
  • Preferred: Experience applying measurement technology to patients or test subjects
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary and innovative teams
