This full-time, permanent position offers 60% remote work and flexible hours, focusing on supporting both HR IT and general HR Administration functions. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR IT expert, handling ticket processing related to both HR IT systems and administrative tasks. A core responsibility involves the administration and continuous development of the local time and absence management system (Atoss), including generating monthly and ad-hoc reports based on this data. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and proficiency in MS Office, aiming to contribute to process optimization within the HR department. This role is ideal for a professional seeking a blend of technical support and administrative duties in a dynamic environment.
