This role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level technical support for an international pharmaceutical company based in Frankfurt. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage incidents and service requests, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within a highly regulated GxP environment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring Windows-based workstations, and managing user rights via Active Directory. You will support end-users both onsite and remotely while collaborating with 3rd level teams and external service providers on IT projects and rollouts.
