Job Summary

This is a critical role for a Senior HR Expert specializing in Compensation Systems, supporting the BWI as the primary digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The core responsibility is the design, continuous development, and compliant application of the company's compensation structure. Day-to-day activities include conducting comprehensive market compensation comparisons and developing proposals to align salary structures with current trends and benchmarks. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with Equal Pay legislation by analyzing and providing necessary personnel data. Furthermore, the role involves managing annual processes such as salary development, job evaluations, and providing expert consultation during organizational changes regarding function adjustments and valuations. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration or HR Management, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, deep expertise in labor law, co-determination, and specific experience with HR IT systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
