Job Summary

This critical role involves overseeing and managing the facility's monitoring and control systems (FMCS) to ensure a stable and reliable supply of utilities for a state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication plant in Dresden. The engineer will be responsible for expanding and modifying the FMCS system, enhancing its reliability, and coordinating maintenance activities with external contractors. A key component of the job is executing the startup of new facility systems and providing essential support to both Facility and FAB operations teams to resolve production issues promptly. This position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Instrument & Control System Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
