This high-impact role involves taking overall responsibility for the successful execution and coordination of product transfer projects, primarily focusing on chemical input materials within the Diagnostics Operations division. The Project Manager will navigate a complex matrix organization, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant transfers of reagents and raw materials from global development units into a new, state-of-the-art production facility in Penzberg. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating the seamless transition of chemical and biochemical product portfolios, and ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines, quality standards (DQM), and GMP requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in chemistry or biochemistry, coupled with proven project leadership experience in product transfers within the context of modern laboratory diagnostics production. Success requires strong analytical skills, matrix management expertise, and fluent communication in both German and English.
