Job Summary

This role involves scientifically co-leading the Skills Lab, focusing on strategic development and conducting cutting-edge research in Medical Education. The Co-Lead will be responsible for the technical advancement of the Skills Lab, developing didactic concepts using new media, and independently executing complex data analysis and analytical models, including quality assurance. Key responsibilities also include project management, steering studies, writing grant proposals for third-party funding, and publishing scientific articles primarily in English-language journals. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree, expertise in fields such as IT, Statistics, or MedTech, and proven research experience in Medical Education or related technical fields. Education

Completed University Degree (Hochschulstudium); Expertise in Information Technology, Psychology, Physics, Medical Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Biometrics, Economics, Educational Sciences, or Sociology; Advanced knowledge in Medicine and Medical Technology; Possibility for PhD or Habilitation in Medical Education

Experience

  • Research experience with methodological implementation and data evaluation
  • Experience in participating in third-party funded projects and grant applications
  • Experience in conducting studies and publishing results in professional media in Medical Education or Medical Technology
  • Experience in data collection and analysis
  • Practical programming knowledge for independent implementation of complex requirements
