Job Summary

This role is for an SAP ERP Engineer specializing in IT Operational Technology (ITOT) ERP Systems Support, focusing primarily on SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM systems implemented via the 'ASPIRE' project. The core mission is ensuring smooth production operations, warehouse material flow, and production supply for Pharma Sterile Production in Mannheim by providing 1st Level support to system users, analyzing issues, and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting, analyzing and developing business processes in compliance with GMP requirements, initiating and implementing system changes, and conducting system tests while adhering to CSV regulations. The ideal candidate is highly customer-oriented, excels in business analysis and consulting, and possesses a strong 'Growth Mindset.' Success in this position requires deep knowledge of pharmaceutical planning, logistics, and warehousing processes within a GMP-regulated environment, coupled with project management experience in SAP S/4HANA or EWM implementations.
