This role involves supporting the core infrastructure operations within the Würzburg Data Center, ensuring secure and high-performing IT services for the German Pension Insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing data center infrastructure, executing complex cabling work, analyzing and resolving system disruptions, and maintaining comprehensive operational documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-location technical teams, participate in planning and procurement of RZ infrastructure, and ensure compliance with stringent IT security standards (DRV, BSI, TSI, KRITIS). Key requirements include a degree in IT or a related field, or relevant professional certification (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration), coupled with current professional experience in data center basic infrastructure.
