The Personnel Controlling Specialist will be instrumental in driving the data-based evolution of personnel controlling, ensuring all executive decisions are made on a reliable foundation. Key responsibilities include the comprehensive management and support of the Sage HR information system, encompassing data maintenance, error analysis, monthly payroll processing for statistical purposes, and continuous system optimization. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for critical reporting, including monthly workforce statistics for economic planning, sickness statistics, turnover rates, and ad-hoc reports for management. The position requires a high degree of data affinity, expertise in MS Excel for complex analysis, and a structured, process-oriented approach, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) or comparable qualification in Personnel or Health Management

Experience

  • Professional experience in handling HR Information Systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining and employment contract law, preferably in a hospital environment (desirable)
  • Experience in data delivery and quality assurance processes
