Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Purchasing and Finance Department, overseeing a team of ten employees within the dynamic environment of the Hof University of Applied Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of key areas including financial accounting, public sector accounting (Kameralistik), procurement, budgeting, controlling, and taxation. A major focus will be on driving the department's digitalization efforts and continuously improving financial and procurement processes. Day-to-day duties include planning and managing the public budget, monitoring expenditures, preparing the budget, and generating annual financial statements for both state and corporate accounts. This position requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise, and excellent communication skills to actively shape the future growth of the university.
