Job Summary

The GFZ, Germany's national research center for solid Earth, is seeking an experienced, part-time HR Recruiter to join their team. This role involves supporting the daily recruiting operations, including managing the applicant management system (Concludis) and handling the applicant hotline. Key responsibilities include independently managing job advertisements, publishing them across suitable channels in collaboration with a media agency, and providing comprehensive advice to employees and managers throughout the hiring process, ensuring diversity-sensitive job postings. The successful candidate will also contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, process optimization, data maintenance, and the creation of statistics and reports on key recruiting metrics. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering challenging tasks in an international research environment.
