Job Summary

This role is a fixed-term, full-time Research Associate position (E13 TV-L) within the Institute for Computer Science, specifically the Chair of Artificial Intelligence, starting April 1, 2026. The successful candidate will join a DFG-funded project focusing on applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to archive file systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing project tasks, conducting independent research aimed at a PhD or Habilitation, publishing findings in conferences and journals, and supporting scientific event organization. Key requirements include a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and the Semantic Web, and practical experience with software development and agentic frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph or Autogen.
