Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated Network Manager to serve as the central hub for Fellows4Fungi, an ambitious, EU-funded MSCA COFUND postdoctoral program dedicated to tackling the global health crisis of fungal infections. The manager will oversee the program's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between 12 international postdoctoral fellows, supervisors, and a broad network of international partners. Key duties include managing two large-scale recruitment campaigns, organizing training activities, workshops, and annual meetings, and ensuring strict compliance with EU COFUND guidelines and reporting requirements. A significant part of the role involves communication and outreach, requiring the development of materials that translate complex antifungal research into clear messages for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate possesses a PhD in Life Sciences, proven project management skills in an international setting, and excellent scientific communication abilities, offering a unique opportunity to shape a high-profile, globally relevant research program.
