Job Summary

This role involves supporting cutting-edge research at the Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology, focusing on identifying new anti-infectives to combat antibiotic resistance and emerging pathogens. The successful candidate will perform diverse laboratory tasks, including routine biological work such as cultivating microorganisms and cells, and preparing/supporting screening experiments utilizing the high-throughput JenXplor robotics platform. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background as a BTA, MTA, or Biologielaborant, or a Bachelor/Master's degree in a life science discipline. Key responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and organized laboratory environment and managing procurement.
