Job Summary
The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented specialist to join the Campus Management Team within Central IT. This role is crucial for optimizing service offerings by focusing on knowledge management and AI-supported support systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and continuously developing TUMonline documentation, structuring knowledge sources, and linking them to support processes and chatbot content. A major focus will be on training and optimizing the AI-driven chatbot through prompt design, testing, and analyzing user inquiries and support tickets to derive actionable improvements. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or Computer Science, professional experience with IT systems, and a fundamental understanding of LLM/Chatbot systems and content quality assurance. This two-year fixed-term position offers flexible working hours (80-100% part- or full-time) within an innovative, international university environment, promoting work-life balance and individual professional development.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
Experience
- Professional experience and practice with IT techniques and systems
