Job Summary

This role as an ERP Project and Product Coordinator in Münster involves actively shaping the strategic future of the public sector's IT landscape, including major transformations like the shift to SAP S/4HANA, replacing the output management system, and developing a new Cloud strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, steering, and successful implementation of IT projects, managing resources, budgets, and creating detailed requirements specifications (Lasten- und Pflichtenhefte). Furthermore, you will hold product responsibility for specific cross-divisional ERP products, overseeing financial planning, process monitoring, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA). The position requires a relevant university degree or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of three years of experience in IT project management or designing complex, overarching IT-supported processes, coupled with strong German communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving the high quality of life in Münster.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Administration Informatics, Informatics, Business Informatics, or Business Administration; OR Bachelor Professional in IT; OR completed IT or commercial apprenticeship; OR qualification for general administrative service (career group 2, 1st entry level).

Experience

  • At least three years of professional experience in IT project management or designing overarching IT-supported processes.
  • Professional experience in holistic planning, steering, and implementation of IT projects.
  • Professional experience in coordinating project teams and external service providers.
  • Professional experience in product development and product responsibility.
