Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Linux Administrator joining a medium-sized company in Munich, acting as an innovation and transformation partner providing modular software solutions and consulting services. The core responsibilities involve automating operational system processes, building and operating Linux systems for application software, and continuously optimizing the underlying infrastructure. A key focus will be on evaluating cloud-based infrastructure solutions, improving and implementing operating processes according to ITIL standards, and managing network and security infrastructures. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT qualification, relevant professional experience in managing Linux system landscapes (ideally Red Hat Enterprise Linux), and proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, Perl, or SQL.
