Head of IT | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall stability and security of the IT landscape for a leading European textile manufacturer. The Head of IT will manage the internal IT team, coordinate external service providers, and be accountable for the ongoing ERP implementation and subsequent rollouts, optimization, and user support. Daily tasks include ensuring efficient IT Service Management (Incident, Change, and Problem Management), strategic planning and execution of IT projects (infrastructure, applications, data protection, security), and acting as the main point of contact for the executive board and departments regarding all IT matters. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft 365, coupled with a pragmatic leadership style and budget responsibility.
