Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the stable and secure operation of the IT landscape within a medium-sized textile manufacturing company. The Head of IT will provide technical and organizational leadership to the internal IT team, manage external service providers, and develop junior IT talent through structured coaching and knowledge transfer. A key focus will be overseeing the ongoing ERP implementation, including subsequent rollouts, optimizations, and user support, while ensuring close collaboration with business departments to align IT systems with evolving business processes. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, virtualization, and Microsoft 365, coupled with a hands-on, pragmatic leadership style and budget responsibility.
