Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced and pragmatic Head of IT to assume overall responsibility for the stable and secure operation of a medium-sized company's entire IT landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional and organizational leadership of the IT team, coaching junior talent, and coordinating external IT service providers. A major focus will be managing the ongoing ERP implementation, subsequent rollouts, and user support, ensuring business processes are effectively mapped in IT systems. The successful candidate will oversee efficient IT Service Management (Incident, Change, and Problem Management) and strategically plan and execute IT projects related to infrastructure, security, data protection, and disaster recovery. Candidates must hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, possess multi-year experience in a responsible IT role, and demonstrate deep technical knowledge of Windows Server, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Databases, and Microsoft 365 environments.
