End User Computing Technician, IT Support & IT Asset Management | EUC Technician (m/w/d) IT Support & IT Asset Management

Job Summary
This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets and providing essential end-user support across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and German subsidiaries. Day-to-day tasks include controlling and maintaining IT Asset Management for hardware, software, and licenses (procurement, deployment, updates, repair, and replacement), managing licensing and contracts, and maintaining detailed inventory lists. The technician will also be a key contributor to 1st and 2nd-level User Support, focusing on End User Computing devices like laptops, smartphones, and tablets. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification, at least one year of professional experience in IT support, and certifications such as ITIL Foundation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, coupled with fluent German and very good English, to thrive in this international and dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or comparable qualification; ITIL Foundation certification or higher (ideally focused on IT Service Delivery / IT Service Desk)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year in IT Support or IT Service environment
- Professional experience managing Windows systems in a corporate environment
- Professional experience managing Android and iOS devices in a corporate environment
- Professional experience using Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment
