Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Salesforce Consultant focused on optimizing business processes and integrating complex systems within an international water treatment solutions provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and developing Salesforce solutions, managing system integration via APIs and Web Services, and leading process analysis, migration planning, and documentation. The consultant will be a central technical contact, optimizing processes along the customer journey, generating reports using Salesforce or Power BI, and adapting daily workflows across various departments. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, at least three years of experience with cross-cloud Salesforce solutions, and deep knowledge of SFDX, APEX, and Lightning Web Components. Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification

Experience

  • At least 3 years experience with cross-cloud Salesforce solutions
  • Professional experience integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems via APIs, Web Services, and other interfaces
  • Experience with Mulesoft, Tableau, Datorama, Slack, B2C / B2B Commerce Cloud (advantageous)
