Job Summary
This role involves driving cross-departmental digitalization projects and leading reorganization efforts within Customer Service. The specialist will be responsible for optimizing and automating processes and workflows, ensuring structured project execution covering time, cost, and quality aspects. Key tasks include translating business requirements into IT specifications, developing implementation concepts, and acting as a critical interface between departments, project management, and external partners. Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Project Management), combined with initial experience in project implementation within Customer Service or Operations. Expertise in utilizing ERP and CRM systems (like Salesforce) for process optimization is essential, alongside excellent analytical skills and fluency in both German and English. Education

Experience
- Initial experience in project work and implementation of solutions in Customer Service / Operations
- Experience and knowledge in Customer Service / Customer Experience
- Experience in the development and delivery of training in the Customer Service area
- Professional competence in at least one relevant subject area (e.g., Customer Service, Processes, Organization)
