Job Summary
This role involves driving digital transformation and process optimization within Customer Service and across departments. The specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and operationally executing projects, ensuring structured project management regarding time, cost, and quality. Key daily tasks include analyzing business requirements, translating them into IT specifications, and implementing concepts and standards for successful deployment. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, or Project Management), initial experience in project work and solution implementation within Customer Service, and expertise in using ERP and CRM systems (like Salesforce) for optimization.
