Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT security implementation for the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Research Neutron Source (FRM II) at the Technical University of Munich, one of the world's most advanced neutron sources. The specialist will manage and maintain a diverse range of operational IT systems and networks, from standard PC systems to highly specialized, heterogeneous control systems used for monitoring the FRM II. Key responsibilities include implementing IT security measures based on the SEWD-IT directive, ensuring IT systems are minimally functional, and managing security aspects in supplier relationships.
