Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Supporter to join the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure in Geretsried and Neutraubling. The core responsibilities involve acting as the primary IT contact person for employees, managing both First and Second Level Support, and ensuring seamless First Level Support for external customers. Key daily tasks include collaborating with external service providers on infrastructure management, maintaining corporate communication systems, and diligently creating and updating IT documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT degree, relevant vocational training, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with a structured and independent working style and a strong passion for diverse IT topics.
