Job Summary

This role offers a fast track into the IT sector, focusing on providing essential on-site client support for prominent industrial companies across Germany, based in the Greater Munich area. The IT Systems Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of client environments, including the installation and configuration of new workstations, specifically utilizing Windows 10. Key daily tasks involve hands-on hardware management, such as the assembly, disassembly, and cabling required for hardware relocations, as well as executing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers. A core function is troubleshooting and analysis of both software and hardware issues, and resolving service calls directly for end-users. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in an IT field (such as IT Specialist for System Integration), initial professional experience within a Microsoft environment, and solid practical knowledge of hardware, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
