IT Consultant (SAP HCM Focus) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Human Resources department by strategically analyzing and optimizing existing HR processes. The consultant will coordinate and prioritize functional requirements, working closely with business functions, and be responsible for the further development of SAP HCM applications, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA, while adhering to existing IT architecture. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring support for productive SAP solutions following ITIL processes, designing and conducting training sessions, managing implementation projects, and coordinating external service providers to ensure quality and budget adherence. Success requires a degree in Informatics and proven expertise in the SAP HCM environment, coupled with strong analytical skills and fluent German and English.
