Job Summary
As a Working Student in the Vehicle Engineering department, you will play a vital role in the product development lifecycle for the automotive industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting the planning, control, and coordination of test orders within the laboratory environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure all test-relevant information is available for proper execution and assist in analyzing laboratory workflows to identify potential improvements. Additionally, you will support technicians during unforeseen deviations, track corrective measures, and document project progress for project managers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical communication and laboratory operations specifically focused on electrical and electronic (E/E) components such as inverters, charging systems, and batteries. It is an ideal position for a motivated student looking to apply theoretical knowledge to practical automotive engineering challenges within a company boasting over 50 years of expertise.
Required Skills
Education
Enrolled student in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study.
Experience
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Basic technical understanding of automotive E/E components (e.g., inverters, batteries)
- Initial experience with measurement data, test setups, or laboratory work is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in structured work environments and analytical tasks

Additional
- Must be a currently enrolled university student. Location-based work in a laboratory environment required.
