Job Summary

As an Inhouse SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant, you will serve as a strategic bridge between the Human Resources department and IT operations. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing HR processes, coordinating technical requirements with business functions, and driving the continuous development of SAP HCM applications, specifically SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. You will ensure high-quality support for productive SAP solutions following ITIL standards and lead the conceptualization and execution of workshops to train key users. This role is highly collaborative, involving the management of external service providers and close coordination with internal stakeholders during project implementation, testing, and acceptance phases.
