Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Network/IT professional seeking to leverage their expertise in complex network environments. The Professional Service Consultant will be responsible for conducting on-site workshops and assessments for clients, analyzing existing network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Security), and developing comprehensive solution concepts. Day-to-day tasks include creating architecture proposals, migration plans, and effort estimations, as well as configuring and testing LANCOM components for Proof-of-Concepts. A core function is the creation of final documentation, roadmaps, and cost estimates, followed by training and handover to client teams. The position requires strong foundational knowledge in IP networking, network security, and relevant IT security standards (IT-Grundschutz, TISAX, or ISO/IEC 27001), coupled with excellent customer orientation and a proactive work style. This position offers high responsibility, involvement in national and international projects, and is based in the North German region, requiring significant travel.
