As the Chief Technology Officer at LANCOM Systems, you will be the primary architect of the company’s long-term technology vision and product roadmaps. Required Skills
Education
University degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable executive or senior leadership position
- Extensive experience leading technology teams within a technical environment
- Proven track record in defining and implementing technology roadmaps at the management level
- Professional experience in Change Management
- Experience in managing product development from conception to market launch
