Job Summary

As a Hardware Quality Assurance Technician at LANCOM Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of enterprise-grade networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Your daily responsibilities will involve conducting incoming goods inspections, performing physical and electronic measurements, and developing automated testing procedures. You will be responsible for detailed error analysis, documentation of test results, and the implementation of corrective measures using standard quality management methodologies. Beyond technical testing, you will manage the quality control warehouse and coordinate quality processes with external service providers. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (or equivalent qualification).

Experience

  • Professional experience in incoming goods inspection or quality control of technical and electronic products
  • Practical experience applying quality management methods such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, and 8D reporting
  • Experience in the development and implementation of test procedures and automated inspections
  • Proven experience in handling optical, mechanical, and electrical measuring equipment
