Job Summary
This role involves supporting an IT service provider in the Frankfurt area, focusing on delivering high-quality technical remote support within a modern Windows environment. The agent will be responsible for actively optimizing Service Desk processes, expertly handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and ensuring the overall service level of IT support is maintained. Key requirements include having completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and/or possessing initial experience in telephone customer support. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of customer concerns, good knowledge of common Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, and experience using ticket systems. This position offers an open-ended contract with attractive, above-tariff compensation and the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience quickly.
