Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Bonn seeks an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the 'Central Exchange Platform with the Economy' division. The role is crucial for fostering cooperation between the administration and businesses on cybersecurity matters, including integrating networks like the Alliance for Cybersecurity. Day-to-day responsibilities involve organizing and coordinating platform planning tasks, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, scheduling, preparing reports and presentations, and managing user inquiries. The successful candidate will also assist with service management, including procurement processes, contract documentation, and digital file management.
