Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical, Measurement, and Control (E&IC) Construction Manager to oversee complex projects within the Plant Engineering sector, focusing on the Chemical Industry, Refinery Technology, and Recycling. The successful candidate will serve as the critical link between project planning and on-site implementation, ensuring safety and efficiency in execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and supervising E&IC assembly, managing subcontractors, and aligning closely with specialist planners and clients. A core focus is ensuring strict adherence to schedule, cost, and quality targets, while also maintaining responsibility for work safety and compliance with critical legal regulations (e.g., VDE, ATEX, BetrSichV). This position requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering or automation, organizational acumen, assertiveness, and a practical leadership style, offering the opportunity to contribute expertise from the initial feasibility study through commissioning.
