Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the usability of applications and hardware components for employees at a customer site in Munich-Sendling. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive first-level support, handling inquiries via phone, email, remote access, and direct on-site assistance. Key daily tasks include creating and managing user accounts and permissions, supporting the commissioning and use of mobile devices, and managing tablets and mobile phones using a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification, possesses knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office suites (2013-365), and has experience working with ticketing systems like TopDesk. This is a full-time, permanent position offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, providing a secure workplace and excellent long-term career prospects.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, Service Technician IT, Information Electronics Technician, or IT System Salesperson)

Experience

  • Professional experience in supporting users in IT support
  • Experience in dealing with a ticketing system
  • Experience with a service hotline is desirable
