Job Summary

This versatile role as a Rollout Coordinator in Darmstadt involves managing the deployment of IT systems by coordinating Field Service Technicians and ensuring smooth operational rollouts. Key daily responsibilities include weekly planning of team assignments, documenting the entire rollout process meticulously within the Jira system, and providing essential technical support to customers via phone. You will also be responsible for instructing customers on the proper installation and integration of new network components and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate possesses formal IT training or equivalent qualifications and fundamental knowledge of IT network components. Success in this position requires a highly structured and careful working approach, the ability to quickly understand complex technical issues, and very good German language skills to maintain a professional presence when interacting with clients.
