Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated team in Hannover, Germany, focusing on cutting-edge genetic diagnostics within the amedes group. The Scientific Staff Member will be responsible for preparing diagnostic reports in molecular (hemato-)oncology and somatic genetics, directly contributing to personalized therapy strategies. Key daily tasks include analyzing Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data, liquid biopsy results, and other somatic genetic analyses using state-of-the-art technology and specialized IT systems like GePaDo, MOLIS, Varvis, and QCI. The position requires optimizing NGS evaluation pipelines, developing new analytical procedures to expand the diagnostic portfolio, and ensuring all work adheres strictly to certified quality management systems (ISO 9001/ISO 15189).
