Job Summary
This critical role involves assuming overall technical responsibility for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within a newly constructed corporate headquarters in Kassel. The successful candidate will act as the technical owner, overseeing, coordinating, and managing all related activities to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable operation. Day-to-day tasks include steering and monitoring external service providers, ensuring adherence to technical standards, managing comprehensive technical documentation, and actively supporting the implementation and operation of the CAFM maintenance module and building control technology. This position requires long-term professional experience in technical facility management, a relevant technical degree or certification (Master Craftsman/Technician), and deep expertise in HVAC systems and CAFM. Required Skills
Education
Completed advanced training as Master Craftsman or certified Technician, or a completed degree in Supply, Building, or TGA Technology (Technical Building Equipment), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in technical Facility Management
- Experience in plant operation or managing technical service providers, ideally focused on HVAC
- Proven experience with CAFM systems, ideally involving system setup or reorganization
