Job Summary

As the Technical HVAC Facilities Manager at GASCADE's new corporate headquarters, you will hold overall technical responsibility for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role is not an operational technician position but rather a 'Technical Owner' role focused on oversight, coordination, and strategic management. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of all HVAC systems by managing external service providers and technical general contractors. Your day-to-day involves monitoring technical standards, overseeing maintenance via CAFM systems, and managing building control technology. You will also be responsible for audit-proof documentation, reporting on system availability, and contributing your expertise to tenders and contract management for technical facility services.
