As the Technical HVAC Manager for GASCADE Gastransport GmbH, you will hold overall technical responsibility for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the company's newly constructed headquarters. This is a strategic 'technical owner' role rather than a hands-on technician position. You will ensure the safe, sustainable, and efficient operation of all HVAC facilities by coordinating and supervising external service providers and general contractors. Your daily routine involves overseeing maintenance standards, managing technical documentation, and utilizing CAFM systems for reporting and performance tracking.
