Job Summary

As the Technical HVAC Manager for GASCADE Gastransport GmbH, you will hold overall technical responsibility for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the company's newly constructed headquarters. This is a strategic 'technical owner' role rather than a hands-on technician position. You will ensure the safe, sustainable, and efficient operation of all HVAC facilities by coordinating and supervising external service providers and general contractors. Your daily routine involves overseeing maintenance standards, managing technical documentation, and utilizing CAFM systems for reporting and performance tracking. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys technical steering and quality management. You will benefit from a modern office environment, a competitive salary package with bonuses, and the opportunity to support the energy transition through hydrogen-related projects. The role offers high flexibility with two days of remote work per week and a culture of flat hierarchies.
