Job Summary

The Technical Manager for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) will assume overall technical responsibility for all HVAC systems within the company's newly constructed corporate headquarters in Kassel. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, reliable, and sustainable operation of all building management systems. The position requires acting as a technical owner, focusing on monitoring, controlling, and coordinating internal teams and external service providers, rather than performing operational maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the safe and economical operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems, serving as the central technical point of contact, and overseeing external contractors to guarantee compliance with technical standards and contractual agreements. The ideal candidate possesses extensive professional experience in technical facility management, particularly with HVAC systems, and strong expertise in Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
