This permanent, full-time position as a Laboratory Technician, based in Stralsund (moving to Güstrow by 2030), involves critical environmental monitoring work within the State Office for Environment, Nature Conservation and Geology (LUNG M-V). The successful candidate will be responsible for the radiochemical processing, preparation, and management of environmental samples. Key daily tasks include conducting core radiation measurements, providing technical assistance for laboratory operations, quality management, and equipment maintenance. Candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification in a scientific-technical field, such as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Technical Assistant, coupled with verifiable C1 German language proficiency.
