The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Wind Energy Cadastre for MV, and rigorously reviewing and evaluating forecasts and measurement reports (noise, shadow flicker, light) to ensure compliance with public law requirements, especially TA Lärm. Key activities include modeling permit applications for wind turbines using GIS and specialized acoustic software, assessing departmental involvement as a public interest body, and training lower immission control authorities.
