Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Process Integration Engineer, specializing in the development of cutting-edge power semiconductor technologies, specifically BCD and BCDlite® technologies, at the Dresden Fab 1. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying either Front-End-of-Line (FEOL) or Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) process modules. Day-to-day work includes driving the advancement of next-generation power technologies, collaborating closely with device and process module engineers to meet performance and manufacturability targets, and ensuring technology performance matches across global manufacturing sites in the USA and Asia. This position requires strong analytical skills, a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and the ability to interface effectively with internal teams and external foundry customers to meet strict development timelines and successfully transfer processes to production.
