Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of next-generation NR+ microchips by focusing on the design and development of Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits (ICs) within a pioneering semiconductor startup. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the full ASIC product development lifecycle, from concept through mass production, specifically working on state-of-the-art FD-SOI-based systems for a new class of wireless communication (non-cellular 5G). Key responsibilities include performing simulations, verification, and layout support, creating detailed technical specifications and design documentation, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate must possess significant experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, including expertise in verification and simulation tools, and will also provide technical guidance, mentorship to Junior Engineers, and coordinate internal and external project activities, requiring strong collaboration across interdisciplinary teams like Digital Design and System Design.
